I pickled green beans last summer for this very reason, though I haven't gotten around to opening them yet. Pretty sure I didn't make them spicy enough, either.

I totally should have. It was just one belt, and they gave me wholesale on the brake pads (a discount at least). It was literally $300 for parts and $994 for labor. There won't be a next time for a long time, I'm selling the car in May.

Bah, message me on the Maxfun forums or something next time, I'm pretty damned good at car-advice. You probably only have 1 belt and brake pads should run about 150 bucks for the whole car. Also most new cars don't use any oil at all, so if it's low you do usually need to look for a hidden cause (like the oil cap)

I am actually going to see Aesop Rock and The Cool Kids tomorrow, in my old college gym.

Turns out my favorite Aesop lines are actually Dolly Parton lines from '9 to 5', but he is pretty excellent anyways.
